We strongly support the health and Wellness of Every child and human survivor, vulnerable population by providing comprehensive holistic health programs tailored to the unique needs each target group, we help them heal, rebuild their lives, and reclaim their sense of dignity, worth and hope for the future.

Our community development program for the vulnerable, child and human trafficking survivors’ program is laser focus on fostering resilience, empowerment and socioeconomic stability.

Education Program

Education is a fundamental human right that empowers individuals to reach their full potential. True Hope Foundation focuses on providing tailored educational programs, vocational training, and financial aid to support survivors of human trafficking. By partnering with local institutions, we ensure they have access to quality education and opportunities.

Emergency And Crisis Response

Our emergency and crisis response program for child and human trafficking survivors including other vulnerable population is dedicated to making available immediate assistance and support to those in acute situations.

 

 

Housing And Shelter

Program takes trauma informed care very seriously That’s why we provide a safe and supportive environment where survivors and vulnerable population especially children heal rebuild their lives and access comprehensive services tailored to their individual needs.

 

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT SCHEME/Microfinancing

True Hope Foundation offers microfinance programs and soft loans to parents and guardians of survivors, enabling them to create sustainable livelihoods and reduce dependency on aid. This approach fosters economic self-reliance by providing skills training and integrating marginalized populations into the economy.

Employment Opportunities

Job creation is essential for alleviating poverty in Sierra Leone and reducing exploitation risks. True Hope Foundation empowers survivors by providing sustainable employment opportunities, promoting dignity and hope for a better future.
